Fulton County: ‘We Don’t Dispute’ 315,000 Votes Lacking Poll Workers’ Signatures Were Counted In 2020

It was Stolen. Hope we can remove more of voter illegal base to stop you now.
You were defeated by Biden. I know it stings. But you will always be considered a conspiracy loon by history. We are laughing AT you not WITH you.

You’re an idiot. They declared no votes were fraudulent or illegal only that poll workers created a clerical procedural error.

That is it.

Ok, if trump had won, and this exact scenario played out in a swing state, or even a state like Texas, would you not be raising red flags?

Says what I said a few posts up.

Mr Dawson is incorrect. He claims the unsigned tabulator tapes are only a violation of internal procedure, this is incorrect, it is a violation of state law.

Fulton County officials admitted they did not properly sign tabulator tapes after the 2020 election, a violation of state law.

Hmm, I found this:

One interesting quote I found:

The memo claims that, for advance voting, Fulton County produced closing tapes that display the serial numbers and protective counters of different tabulators (“surrogates”) rather than the tabulators used to scan ballots

Because a tabulator tape prints the identifiers of the physical machine producing it, the document argues the closing tapes cannot serve as valid “official returns” for the scanners that actually counted the ballots.

So, it sounds like the tabulator tapes were taken from surrogate machines, or, from machines other than the machines that actually scanned the ballots. If the tabulator tapes are supposed to be the record of how many ballots were scanned on a given machine, how can they really know the right count if the tabulator tapes came from machines that didn’t actually count the ballots?

We all knew it the minute Joe Biden miraculously surged ahead of Trump. But I have to admit, Trump would have been much less effective in a consecutive second term. Biden paved the way for Trump to be a powerhouse in 2024. Maybe the best gift the establishment ever gave the GOP was putting Biden in for 4 years. It probably gave the GOP the POTUS spot for at least 12 years. So, I thank all on the left for stealing the election, we are so much better off for it now.
Such a great post. 👍
You nailed it on several levels:
1) The 2020 election was rigged. It's completely obvious to anyone who has followed politics for more than about five minutes. The idea that the Stumbling Walking Cadaver Joe Biden, who didn't even campaign - claiming COVID as the reason but we know it was his raging dementia - got the most votes of any candidate in America history is a huge claxon horn going off. The Greatest Lie Ever Told.
I went to bed that night knowing we had witnessed a completely rigged election. It made me angry then and still does.
2) But ... but those four years allowed Trump to not only strengthen the GOP but draw in some of the best people to ever serve in a cabinet. It ain't Rex Tillerson or Jeff Sessions this time around. He's got some great people in the right positions.
While I'm glad he got back into office, having to fix the huge shit show Biden left us is a daunting task. It's all-consuming. He fucked things up beyond all recognition.

Lying OXYEN 🐂
Joe Biden (D) won the state with 2,473,633 votes (49.47%), narrowly defeating incumbent Donald Trump (R), who received 2,461,854 votes (49.24%).
The margin of victory was 11,779 votes

How much you post false? Yo ignore the 147K also. If you toss out 147K Fulton mail Ballots (no Sig scan or review) Trump wins or re-dovrequiredvyou lying spinning. STAIN of da' boards.
What are you ranting about?

The secretary of state took those 315000 votes and got a count for votes cast for Biden and votes cast for Trump. Then took those votes OUT OF the total votes counted... to see that if they were disqualified, what would the results be....and if those 315000 votes were disqualified, Biden still won.

Those 315,000 votes are invalid. Poll workers don't make 315,000 clerical errors. This was intentional and Fulton County officials knew it happened and covered it up.

You don't disenfranchise citizen's constitutional right to vote because of clerical errors done by someone else. The Georgia secretary of state went through all of the 300,000+ votes and found they all were verified voters whose ballots were vetted at every step and it was simply poor training on a procedure step.

Georgia rewrote the procedure and strengthened training.

On top of all that, they calculated the votes without these 315k votes, and BIDEN STILL WON GEORGIA. That was conveniently left out of the deceiving MAGA propaganda, on this....
What you don't do, is count invalid ballots. That's illegal. It's called election fraud.

IIRC,

There was also a hand recount after the election.

If the votes were inserted via these tapes as claimed, there wouldn't have been the paper ballots to back them up and that glaring 315,000 votes would have stood out like a sore thumb.

But yet Trump still lost after recounting the ballots.

WW
They said there was a recount. They also said there weren't any fraudulent ballots, too. The same people who said the election was flawless are the same people saying there was a recount that proved the election was flawless.

Wait, so the law is irrelevant? We can just toss it because reasons? It seems to me that if the law is wrong it should be reviewed and changed BEFORE the election, not ignored because reasons.

What's the problem with demanding that ballots be counted correctly, no matter the outcome? We see this happen in nearly every election cycle. Someone runs up against a law that should invalidate some number of ballots, and a bunch of people start caterwauling that we should ignore that law because it's not fair and stuff. Usually, it's a deadline that was agreed upon long before the election, but inevitably, here comes somebody with a box full of ballots they found in the trunk of their car or in a drop box somewhere and we're supposed to count them even though by law they should be discarded. If the law is wrong, it should be amended BEFORE the election, not just ignored.

You have no idea what you are talking about...why don't you try researching it in other than MAGA propaganda sites? Certainly you still have your own brain still?

The ballots were legal...Citizens votes. The mistakes were hired election volunteers not trained correctly on procedure.

But even if these citizen's votes were disqualified for someone else's mistake, Biden still WON Georgia WITHOUT THEM being counted.

The ballots were invalid. They didn't go through the legal process. That invalidates them.

And every time it's the Democrats doing the caterwauling.

The problem is that these citizens voted correctly, followed all the rules and regulations to legally cast their constitutional vote. Disenfranchising them of their constitutional vote that they casted legally because of a procedural mistake of volunteer election workers, is not right or just.

What if these election workers were plants to purposely not follow procedure, so to get these 315000 votes disqualified, to help another candidate win?

Heading out to the funeral place to give them my dad's uniform which he wanted to be buried in.

Then they should be prosecuted for violating the law, should they not?

The bottom line remains that there is no purpose served by laws that are routinely ignored when they become inconvenient. At that point, they are no more than suggestions. If the law says only those in line when the polling place is scheduled to close are allowed to cast a vote, anyone showing up later doesn't get to vote. If it says that no more ballots are allowed in the counting place after the door is shut, anyone showing up after with a box they found in the trunk of their car doesn't get to bring it in.

If it is more important to allow votes to be cast and counted after the deadline, then modify the law to allow for it, don't just ignore the law if it becomes inconvenient.

So, those votes should be subtracted from the Republican total?
