(My sister the slowpoke, is still not ready, we are going to be late!!!)Then they should be prosecuted for violating the law, should they not?
The bottom line remains that there is no purpose served by laws that are routinely ignored when they become inconvenient. At that point, they are no more than suggestions. If the law says only those in line when the polling place is scheduled to close are allowed to cast a vote, anyone showing up later doesn't get to vote. If it says that no more ballots are allowed in the counting place after the door is shut, anyone showing up after with a box they found in the trunk of their car doesn't get to bring it in.
If it is more important to allow votes to be cast and counted after the deadline, then modify the law to allow for it, don't just ignore the law if it becomes inconvenient.
Where did those votes come from? Read the problems in "the votes" (much posted here) then you can pop off when you have facts. Im not spoon feeding thru it again. What are you ranting about?
The secretary of state took those 315000 votes and got a count for votes cast for Biden and votes cast for Trump. Then took those votes OUT OF the total votes counted... to see that if they were disqualified, what would the results be....and if those 315000 votes were disqualified, Biden still won.
Exactly. If the law says you don't get to vote if you get there late because somebody was selfish with their time, you shouldn't be able to insist your vote be counted. It is the voters' responsibility to make sure they are at the right place at the right time to vote and it's society's right to keep order by shutting down the polls at a certain time. If I get there late, I don't get to cast my vote.(My sister the slowpoke, is still not ready, we are going to be late!!!)
Unintentionally doing 80 in a 65mph zone exempts you from a speeding ticket? If I carelessly do something that harms someone else, I can be prosecuted even though it was unintentional.Yes, if it were intentional, it should be prosecuted! The republican Secretary of state determine it was not intentional.
A procedure that they did wrong. If we want to grant exemptions from obeying a law because someone didn't mean to break it, that should be reflected in the law, should it not? IOW, if we're going to count votes that are invalidated by a law, that law is meaningless. He determined they were not trained properly and that it was one minor procedure of the myriad of other checks and balances....
We ignore violations of the law because violating it doesn't change the outcome? SMH.And the Georgia secretary of state also took those 315000votes and who they were cast for by candidate and removed them from the Georgia total vote count and found that even without them, Biden still won Florida.
So, it mattered naught...
It’s not invalid. Those voters voted correctly and there is no legal authority to not count their votes. Just cuz you’re sad you lost doesn’t make legal votes invalid. Those 315,000 votes are invalid. Poll workers don't make 315,000 clerical errors. This was intentional and Fulton County officials knew it happened and covered it up.
That error being, counting 315k illegal votesYou’re an idiot. They declared no votes were fraudulent or illegal only that poll workers created a clerical procedural error.
That is it.
Then they all vanished in 2024.81 million votes my ass.
No you moron. They were 100% legal votes that were 100% legally counted that a poll worker procedurally errored in after the vote was legally cast and counted. That error being, counting 315k illegal votes
The county didn't follow the law. Those votes are invalid. It’s not invalid. Those voters voted correctly and there is no legal authority to not count their votes. Just cuz you’re sad you lost doesn’t make legal votes invalid.
If poll workers could invalidate votes we’d be in trouble. They can’t.
Not according to the folks at the Fulton county board of elections and registrations that said they were illegal because you know the violated state law and shouldn’t of been counted since they weren’t certifiedNo you moron. They were 100% legal votes that were 100% legally counted that a poll worker procedurally errored in after the vote was legally cast and counted.
There was no impact on the vote counting, if there was an issue the remedy is to RECOUNT not discard. Look it up genius.
Fulton County did not “admit” to counting illegal votes. It acknowledged that more than 130 tabulator tapes from early in-person voting in 2020 were unsigned, a paperwork error that violated internal procedures, not Georgia law. State and county officials were explicit: the missing signatures had nothing to do with fraudulent ballots, altered totals, or missing votes.Claims about “315,000 illegal votes” deliberately misrepresent what tabulator tapes are. These tapes are secondary records, not the official vote count. Georgia’s election results are verified through multiple independent systems, including encrypted memory cards, centralized tabulation, audits, and recounts. A full statewide hand recount and subsequent machine recounts both confirmed President Biden’s 11,779-vote victory.Georgia law requires counties to certify election results even when procedural mistakes occur, and courts upheld that rule. The matter was referred to the Attorney General only for possible administrative review, not to invalidate ballots or overturn the election. The narrative that Georgia admitted to counting illegal votes is false, legally baseless, and contradicted by the evidence and the courts.Exactly. If the law says you don't get to vote if you get there late because somebody was selfish with their time, you shouldn't be able to insist your vote be counted. It is the voters' responsibility to make sure they are at the right place at the right time to vote and it's society's right to keep order by shutting down the polls at a certain time. Here's where I nuke that premise. Donald TRUMP! was prosecuted for giving a value for his property to a lender, seeking a large loan. Someone thought that valuation was incorrect, that it violated the law and TRUMP! was prosecuted for breaking the law, right? The lender, however, was satisfied with the stated value of the property and gave TRUMP! the loan. No one was hurt, the loan was completely paid back on time with interest, and the lender was satisfied with the result, stating they would be glad to do business with him in the future. IOW, whether his valuation was correct or not, there were no damages. Were you championing TRUMP! in his legal battle against the charges because it MATTERED NAUGHT? Be careful when you try to make that case.
Like I've said, if we're going to ignore the law when it's inconvenient, why have it in the first place?
No you moron. They were 100% legal votes that were 100% legally counted that a poll worker procedurally errored in after the vote was legally cast and counted.

They aren’t idiot. No one can invalidate a lawful vote for any reason. Read the law asshat. The county didn't follow the law. Those votes are invalid.
