Or Dems could start putting violent criminals in jail, but we all know that is the last thing they will do.

I'd say that I wouldn't trust Kirk as far as I could throw him. This is precisely what the Dems want to rally their base nation wide. This would give them life. The D.C decision is already a small boon for them.
Oh, and Trump should follow through on his weed declassification and tell Kirk to go fly a kite.
Focus on the economy, deporting illegals and promoting American exceptionalism and civil liberties. Kirk should get back to what he's good at, debating teenagers in college and having unusual people (plants?) in the crowd act like radicals to make Kirk look more intelligent than he really is.

From where I'm sitting, they're largely just as rabidly statist and big government as those whom they point their fingers. Even more so in many ways.
I generally find the persitent effort to establish the illusion that there is any meaningful difference to be quite laughable.

Two things. The majority of the Cities and States won't put up with this AND the Orange Idiot is stumbling blindly on a fine line and that's the only thing that keeps him out of prison.

Most cops seem pretty good at doing their job when they are not being told to defund the police and slap them down over the slightest infraction, but the progressive judges soft on crime seem the bigger problem.
