BTW, Shokin was not investigating Burisma when Joe gave the Uke Pres the demand that he go after corruption, and fire Shokin in early December 2015....
The Burisma/Owner investigation laid dormant 2014 and 2015, according to another prosecutor in Shokin's department, firing Shokin would have lead to Burisma BEING INVESTIGATED by the new prosecutor instead of it laying dormant?
You do know that before Shokin's firing, his two prosecutor's homes were searched and piles of diamonds and cash and some Shokin things like his passport were found, and then they were charged with taking bribes, but somehow, Shokin never brought charges against them?
WHY ISN'T BARR INVESTIGATING these accusations against the Bidens, using his foreign corruption investigating units to do such??
Barr is not investigating, for 1 of 2 reasons...
-there is no there, there... there is no evidence to support a probable cause to investigate it, no legal predicate to investigate
-and if Barr did investigate, it would have to all be legal, giving rights, like privacy and due process to the accused, and the DOJ would have to keep their mouths SHUT while investigating per gvt protocol and DOJ protocol
and that would hurt Trump's purpose of smearing Bidens in the election cycle...
this only works for Trump, if he can have Giuliani, and Igor and Lev, who was just found to have secretly been paid by Russia $1million while working for Giuliani on this, and John Solomon, and other corrupt Ukrainians, and Breibart, and The Hill, and Fox to hype up to the hilt, this conspiracy on the Bidens...
