Does McDonald's not profit enough billions to pay their workers more without cutting hours?

Does "reducing costs" have anything to do with maintaining a high profit margin?

Can McDonald's and other multi-billion dollars corporations not afford to pay their workers more? 95% of financial gains have gone to the richest 1% since 2009. How many more billions do they need before any of that wealth can trickle down?

Today, many of the people working at McDonalds and Wal-Mart are college educated. Since people started justifying Outsourcing there are no jobs for college educated workers to work at.

Not just anyone can start their own business in the monopoly system we have today.....learn more about business. And it's not just one parties fault, it's all parties for different reasons.

Actually it's not. It is far from remotely easy to get resources to start a business.

I work for a multi billion dollar company 1003 stores in total. They decided not to give healthcare to the employees rather just cut hours below 26. What do you have to say to that because a lot of people including my self depended on that 35 or 40 hours a week to pay for college and rent now most are living back with parents and are struggling.
