I am not familiar with the legal aspect of it, but isn't due process only reserved for citizens and permanent residents? These things (due process, hearings etc) cost money. Why should taxpayers spend money on these things for the benefit of illegals? The way I see it, if you are here illegally, that means you shouldn't be here at all. Therefore, sending you back to from whence you came seems perfectly reasonable to me.

None of this is necessary to deport illegals.
