Frantic Trump Tries to Kill Vote to Force Open Epstein Files

The White House has warned Republican rebels in Congress that pushing for the full release of the Jeffrey Epstein pedophile abuse files would be seen as ā€œa very hostile actā€ by President Donald Trump.

The GOP-controlled House Oversight and Government Reform Committee released more than 33,000 Epstein documents on Tuesday evening, after a closed-door meeting with multiple victims of Epstein and accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.

Democrats complained, however, 97 percent of the documents were already in the public record, and Republican Thomas Massie, who has clashed regularly with Trump this year, stepped up his push for a House vote on the release of the documents in full.

Massie claimed there were concerted attempts from the Trump administration to head off the vote.

ā€œThere’s a major pressure campaign from the White House right now, and also from the speaker,ā€ Massie said on Tuesday. ā€œBut I think there are enough Republicans who are listening to their constituents and care about these victims that we’ll get the 218 signatures we need.ā€

In this case by releasing the files. If he’s innocent, the evidence should be negative.
It will not appease some.

What it will do though, is destroy the lives of some who may not be guilty, or, allow those who bought their way out of the allegations, whether accurately guilty or just to avoid the headache of public scrutiny if innocent; to face the issue even after their accusers signed an NDA (I suspect).

I am fine with the transparency, but surely Trump knows some of the people on the list and they will try and use emails from Epstein, which are being leaked anyways; to paint Trump as having some hand in the allegations.

Charlie Sheen wrote a book recently in which he talked about having gay interactions when he became really high. I didnt read the book but he stated this succinctly in multiple interviews. His reasoning for shedding his life was sound in that it lifted a weight off his shoulders because people who knew about this were in effect, currying favour or worse (extortion?) due to having this information. Thus, Charlie cleaned up and realized that if he released it in a tell-all book he wouldn't have to face any forced bribery which costs him alot of money.

If I am Trump I take this approach. He probably realizes that they will leak out information drip by drip anyways, so might as well just open up the floodgates and let everyone deal with it.

Do you normally require video footage of pedophiles in action to convince yourself they are guilty Delldud?
That's pretty sick...isn't it?
Not up to the accused to prove their innocence.......

I wasn't aware there are video's of prepubescent children.

Here's the deal:

FBI files pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein will remain sealed after a judge ruled against a media outlet's attempts to release secret documents related to the deceased financier and convicted pedophile. However, an attorney for said media outlet told Newsweek the fight's may not be over yet.

Epstein, a convicted sex offender linked to numerous high-profile celebrities and public figures, was arrested in July 2019 on federal charges of trafficking minors for sex in Florida and New York between 2002 and 2005. He was indicted later that year.

He was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell while awaiting trial. Though his death was ruled a suicide, a portion of the public has remained skeptical about what actually happened and even Epstein's lawyers have challenged that ruling.

Well .. you are too much of a coward to search and acknowledge truths in regards to your chosen political party, have fun pissing against the wind and the truth.. šŸ˜‰

A federal judge said he would not unseal grand jury transcripts and exhibits from the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein – rejecting the Justice Department’s request to make them public.

Judge Richard Berman said the Justice Department did not overcome long-standing precedent to keep grand jury materials sealed and noted that the information contained in the sealed materials is small relative to the entire investigation file already in DOJ’s hands.

ā€œThe information contained in the Epstein grand jury transcripts pales in comparison to the Epstein investigation information and materials in the hand of the Department of Justice,ā€ the judge wrote.

The Justice Department declined to comment on Berman’s ruling. This is the third federal judge to decline to release Epstein-related transcripts and evidence from a grand jury.
