WHy don't you reread what he stated:

"I don't know about you guys, but anytime I have ever been accused of something I didn't do, I tried t make certain that the evidence proving my innocence was provided as quickly as possible."

Most people want the files released but there might be much more to this story than people understand, just because he doesn't release them doesn't make him guilty of something he has not even been accused of.

Maybe if you bent your mind a bit you might consider what possible issues the U.S would have with NOT releasing these documents. I don't know the answer, but there surely are reasons beyond a blanket "well Trump must be guilty of something then".

It's not up to TRUMP but the judge who is refusing to release the names. The victims stood in front of microphones and could have named names but instead threatened to make their own list...

If you read through the story you learn it's premise is a flat out lie. The Trump administration supports a comprehensive release of the files.

Link to where I said Trump was guilty of something. What I posted was anyone who did nothing wrong has nothing to fear if & when the files are released.

It seems suspicious that the W.H. is calling members of the HOR & threatening them not to vote to release them & publicly stating that Trump will consider it a "hostile act" by any member who votes yes.

Some of those victims were as young as 14 years old. Let that sink in the next time you want to run interference for ANYBODY involved in this.

I don't run interference on anyone. I was sexually abused by a teacher at 10 years old and just over a year later by a family member. I was also tortured by a cop as a 17 year old.

There are few who despise abuse of the young and vulnerable than myself and I can assure you, I've experienced it in many forms (such as creepy grooming undercovers). A curse on all their souls.

I'm fine with the release of details. It would be a good day for transparency and hopefully justice. We don't know what we don't know though and this guy was involved in a shady business in a shady underworld of what was almost certainly intelligence agencies.

Democrats complained, however, 97 percent of the documents were already in the public record, and Republican Thomas Massie, who has clashed regularly with Trump this year, stepped up his push for a House vote on the release of the documents in full.

Massie claimed there were concerted attempts from the Trump administration to head off the vote.

“There’s a major pressure campaign from the White House right now, and also from the speaker,” Massie said on Tuesday. “But I think there are enough Republicans who are listening to their constituents and care about these victims that we’ll get the 218 signatures we need.”

A man is innocent until proven guilty. You just suggest he must provide evidence of his innocence as if he needs to make the case. The case is for others to make not the accused.

No, a person is "presumed" innocent until "adjudicated" guilty by law. That doesn't negate their offense if they actually committed it, like in the case of rape/sexual assault for example.

But you are correct that it's incumbent upon the accusers, in criminal cases, the government, to prove the defendant's guilt not for the defendant to have to prove their innocence.

At least that's how it's supposed to work, your mileage may vary.

There were no fake impeachment trials. There was a Republican Party protecting Trump, and in both impeachments, the majority of the Senate voted to convict. Eptein was convicted in 2019. Trump could have released the files during his first presidency. Biden has nothing to do with this.
