That was the United States of the 30s and 40sIt was to be expected from FDR since we were ruled by Democrats. And FDR really was a devoted racist. Why if you ask? Well we know he was. He discrimianted against our citizen Japanese. He caused the Tuskegee Airmen to be kept out of combat until the end of the war. He made the blacks into porters for the military. Notice in WW2 movies, you see no black Generals. No black soldiers. This was because it was true.
Democrats are proud racists. They love FDR.And…
Jesse Owens Slighted by FDR
Jesse Owens felt slighted by President Franklin D. Roosevelt (FDR) after his triumphs at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. Owens won four gold medals but did not receive a congratulatory telegram from the President, unlike the white medal winners who were invited to the White House. Owens expressed his disappointment, stating, “Hitler didn’t snub me. It was FDR who snubbed me.” This sentiment highlights the racial discrimination Owens faced upon his return to the United States, despite his global acclaim.
Correction. That was the Democrats of the 30s and 40s. FDR definitely could have advocated for civil rights HE refused. That was the United States of the 30s and 40s
No Republicans were advocating for civil rights at the time.
FDR could not advocate for civil rights, but his wife did
She served as a surrogate
Chamberlain was desperately trying to buy time for British rearmament.FDR was “cordial” as was most of the world at that time.
Look at how Neville Chamberlain treated Hitler
If you could point to Republicans pushing civil rights legislation in the 30s and 40s you would have a pointCorrection. That was the Democrats of the 30s and 40s. FDR definitely could have advocated for civil rights HE refused.
Giving Civil Rights to the Uncivilized Is a Contradiction in TermsCorrection. That was the Democrats of the 30s and 40s. FDR definitely could have advocated for civil rights HE refused.
Pretorian Guard Did the Same Thing to Its EmperorsChamberlain was desperately trying to buy time for British rearmament.
Hell you can't dig them up with a construction shovel when talking of Democrats. If you could point to Republicans pushing civil rights legislation in the 30s and 40s you would have a point
WTF are you talking about?Hell you can't dig them up with a construction shovel when talking of Democrats.
What do you mean by Civil rights. I have no idea at all given the way Democrats act.
Democrats had this country in an iron grip is why I can't.WTF are you talking about?
If Republicans were such loyal supporters of civil rights in the 30s and 40s why can’t you point to any legislation ?
The book is propaganda of a revisionist. What do you mean democracy? Democrats allowed Hitler to wage war to begin with. Roosevelt slapped Japan around to the point they attacked Pearl Harbor. Read Day of Deceit to see what happened.
Amazing, you refused to read it but you now believe you are the expert!!!! The author is true expert. The book is propaganda of a revisionist.

Democrats had this country in an iron grip is why I can't.
I should ask you the same question but you will refuse to be honest. Why were Democrats so unwilling to pass civil rights then?
QUACK QUACK. Duck until you finally respond. Before FDR……Harding, Coolidge and Hoover were Republicans
Why didn’t they invoke Civil Rights in their administrations?
?QUACK QUACK. Duck until you finally respond.
Because half the party were southern Democrats who embraced Jim Crow. Why were Democrats so unwilling to pass civil rights then?

Wrong, France and the UK lacked the power to block German rearmament. Saying that, both underestimated the danger of both Nazi Germany AND the USSR to civilization.Pretorian Guard Did the Same Thing to Its Emperors
The other European heiristocracies let Germany become strong and aggressive because they were counting on him to destroy Communism. Only when Hitler made a non-aggression pact with the Soviet Union did they figure out how he had tricked them.
There was no "appeasement" in the sense of chickening out.
