Fox's Napolitano calls Trump acquittal 'legal assault' on Constitution: 'Somewhere, Nixon is smiling'
Napolitano wrote in the op-ed on FoxNews.com. "The president has taken an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. Instead, he has trashed it."
