They split a democratic stronghold (the avenues district of Salt Lake) in half and linked them to regions with podunky little Republican enclaves. It didn't work as intended, a Democrat was still elected but they did their best to prevent it.

Depends on "which" Hispanics you are talking about. The issue is one of culture. Growing up poor in LA one is likely as not to be a democrat. However growing up with a working family one is likely as not to be a republican. Traditionally young folk and folk starting out vote democrat when their income is low and they don't have to pay for the consequences of their vote... then when they start earning more and their government starts treating them as evil scum that don't deserve their income, yeah then they switch to the republican side. When parents are republican the kids are also likely to be republican. The democrats are trying to stave that off in their re-education camps they call schools. However, we are wise to them now and are kicking the pony tailed Obamaists to the curb.

Democrat hovels are failing around the country. Their culture of sloth isn't working. What goes around comes around. My guess is the spanish will migrate more and more to the republican party just as did the asian community when it got wise to what the democrats were up to.

I'm not republican. I vote for the best candidate in each election. I never vote for the candidate who is supposedly mostly likely to beat the candidate I hate the most.

My politics are aligned, most often, with libertarians and republicans who call themselves constitutional conservatives. I don't believe in using the government (federal or local/state) to punish citizens based on race, creed, gender, sexual orientation, age, etc.. I believe in liberty for everyone, except criminals. I don't believe putting a badge on or getting elected to office should put you above the law.
