Fox News Calls Mr. Rogers An Evil Man | Prose Before Hos

Little did I know, Mr. Rogers was an evil man. By telling children they’re special just for being who they are, he helped create this generation of worthless, lazy socialists who think they’re entitled to health care… at least according to Fox News.

They actually use the word “evil” to describe Mr. Rogers and criticize him for his “optimistic message where everyone was special even if they didn’t deserve it”, which is “ruining kids with a sense of entitlement.” Then one of them starts babbling about how children should go back to churning butter and making their own sweaters. Fox’s Brian Kilmeade said “that man unintentionally did a whole generation or two a disservice.” Only on Fox could a man who spent his life dedicated to public service and education be blamed for ruining generations of Americans.
What a knee-slapper, huh? Fucking Fox "News" ...

Those that think Mr. Rogers is responsible for the 'entitlement, nanny state/uncle sam take care of me mentality' are missing the mark here. When Mr. Rogers said that everyone was special he was aiming that at the kids who thought they were odd or different or dorky or whatever . . . . those lacking self-esteem or confidence. Put the blame of nanny state mentality where it belongs, on the nanny state.

I never did like Mr. Rogers or the show, way to gehy and dorky ... especially those fucking puppets. Now, isn't that special?

Mister Crabs represents conservatives.

The squirrel is a tree hugger :)

And plankton is a Wall Street type.

But Squidward rocks more than any of them. His feet make cool sounds when he walks and he is a curmudgeon.

Wonder what happened to Mr. Roger's sweater after he died? I'd be really the bomb wearing that thing around the house... Won't you be my neighbor?

I hated his show!

If I remember correctly, it came on at the same time as Speed Racer and my little brother liked Mr. Rogers and what my little brother wanted to watch he got to watch. If it wasn't Speed Racer it was something else I liked to watch.

So, I might just have to agree with Fox on this. :D

I loved Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood as a young kid. That man was a paragon of kindness and understanding. Don't shit-talk Fred Rogers.

Mr. Rogers gave me the creeps. Seriously.
Clowns are evil and creepy.

Now I'm gonna have nightmares. They are ten levels of wrong.
It gets worse. The man behind the mask is a former US Ranger who served during Vietnam.

But not as frightening as Dr. Ruth's military career in the Israeli war of Independence: Sniper.

And don't forget, Julia Child worked for OSS during WW2.
