Now the repubs could still narrowly take the Senate and House, but the Red Wave did not happen. Even with inflation at a 40 year high, the repubs have not seen the expected congressional wins.

No, it was not a complete "disaster."

It clearly showed there are two countries called the "United" States.

So this election just bolsters the call for a peaceful division of the land into at least two nations (or maybe more).

In the coming decades, this feeling of alienation will grow stronger until the call for a peaceful separation becomes a reality (by the end of this century -- or even earlier).
