What do you guys think about this?
Former Vice President Mike Pence on Tuesday dismissed transgender swimmer Lia Thomas' NCAA Division I championship win, declaring that the victor was University of Virginia swimmer Emma Weyant.

They are breaking the law.

and democrats....where is your concern for women?? actual women? You support fake women. I have to wonder if these trans women have some kind of hatred for actual women. I do believe that is the problem with that 'Alana McLaughlin'.

The NCAA is?

The National Collegiate Athletic Association is a nonprofit organization that regulates student-athletes from up to 1,268 North American institutions and conferences.

Do they know the difference between a man and a woman?

Or do they need to put a biologist on staff?

He is free to compete, with other men. No one says he can't compete, they say he can't compete with women because he isn't a woman. His feelings do not change reality.

If LeBron James decided he felt like he identified as a retard then by your own language would be required to accept and congratulate him on winning every single event at the special Olympics. Or if Mike Tyson felt like he identified as a woman and fought in women's boxing.

No laws were broken. Only thing broken was common sense that a man is a man and a woman is a woman. And the rules were broken in that women's sports are for women.

You're just a contrarian.

Sorry, but women play on men's teams so you are wrong.

Show me in the law where it mentions a woman or a man.

The NCAA is not breaking the law they are upholding the law. It is people like Pence that want to break the law.

How is Vice President Pence violating any law? He's just commenting on the results of a sporting event and is opining it wasn't fair.

I can appreciate the idea that you are of a different opinion on this, but that doesn't make the other point of view illegal.

Your comment shows what liberalism is all about- actually ENFORCING opinions and not allowing those which are contrary to be expressed under penalty of law.
