I run a resume business, so quite a few. Graduation season is my busiest season of the year.

Nearly all of them have degrees in practical things, not the Gender Studies you seem to think exist out there.

1) They are getting degrees in things that matter
2) It never became an issue until.. now.

A big contributing factor is AI is now doing a lot of that entry level work, but Trump sabotaging the macro-economy with tariffs isn't helping much, either.
