Former Home Secretary Suella Braverman is concerned Labour has done “damage” to Britain’s US ties by expressing disdain for Donald Trump in the past.
Speaking to Steven Edginton on GB News, Braverman let loose at the “idiotic” prime minister in a furious rant ahead of the president-elect’s inauguration.

She urged Starmer to take on board “lessons” from the incoming Trump administration, particularly its approach to border security. Asked what she would advise Starmer before engaging with Trump, she said: “Stop being an idiot”.

Braverman added: “Keir Starmer and half of the Cabinet voted against Trump’s state visit last time. We have so many figures like David Lammy who have made ridiculous, personal attacks on Donald Trump and they are all trying to backtrack.

“They’re all desperately trying to suck up to President Trump. At best, they are going to be irrelevant.

Very good advice, but unfortunately, Starmer and his halfwit colleagues have, as they have proved over the last six months, neither the brains or balls to run a country. They only know how to run a country into the ground!

They should take some of his advice and read between the lines. You generally get more with honest engaement rather than adversarial approacbed. They sent British government employees over to America and into Rustbelt states to try and influence the election, I mean how stupid was such a decision? I would hope that Mi6 would have taken their leaders aside and been candid with them, "look, stay out of this. Harris won't be as good for us as we think and it is clear that Trump is well ahead in the polls. Furthermore, we are opening up Pandoras Box to Americans openly influencing our elections". I realized that Trump was.ahead just by listening to the data analysis and methodology of the different polls (though I suspected some tricks in some states due to the governors in charge), surely government officials across the world knew as well that Trump was ahead

Braverman is an irrelevant nut case, who cares what she says?
