With the the changing attitude regarding UFO's in Washington it is now much more acceptable for responsible people to report what they have seen....though I think the stigma of being labeled 'a conspiracy theory' still lingers and no doubt keeps a lot of people silent.
Even the term 'conspiracy theory' has lost a lot of credibility....the more astute understanding how the term was devised to control or squash freedom of speech....as we have even witnessed on this board.
