For those that may prefer a Socialist country

The nature of reality, aka us human beings is that we are not all equal - there are physically strong and weak people, there are smart and dumb people, there are lazy and energetic people and so on. This socialist UTOPIA therefore requires an universal and simplified human being - aka a robot. respectively egalitarianism.

The latter is what Lefties&Libs have been trying to institute in the past 45 years - e.g. dropping the standard of school curriculum's to make everyone more equal towards knowing less. Or gender-ism, or LGBTq rights, etc. etc. and respectively trying to enforce again school curriculum's to enforce everyones belief - humans are all equal and the same.

Even knowing that you won't acquit to that - human beings luckily have a common sense - which in the past and presently in majority rejects such ideals or this propagated human equality aka egalitarianism. Common sense dictated in 1980 that nuclear energy is avoidable to support humanities rising energy demand. Lefties&libs used all kinds of violent means to place an end towards nuclear energy - now the same fanatics and extremists complain about CO2 levels.

Engels wasn't some dumb worker or person but the educated son of an industrialist - so for this guy to come up with the utopia that workers can run a factory is already a joke in itself, especially in regards to 1840. Society has instituted already hundreds of years ago an education system that defines or prepares someone to be suitable for later job tasks - no one claims that this education-pass aka Diploma or Degree is a 100% foolproof system. There are any many with a low education-standard (on paper) - due to all kind of reasons - who however posses the ability to later set up and run their own companies and enterprises. And there are also people with a diploma or Degree - that proof to be totally inadequate for their later tasks and jobs.

So if people are supposedly all equal - then how is it that in a democratic country - there are still employees? - shouldn't they all run their own companies and ventures? If the latter would be the case, then a car wouldn't cost US$ 20,000 - but US$ 100,000 since everyone should know that only quantity allows for a lower manufacturing price.

The fact off life is that people are not inherently socializing people thriving for a community of equals - but gathered as a group of primitive individuals in order to survive in the given environment - but are categorically divided into lazy people and energetic people. And the latter one, are the ones who know how to grab their chances in life. This causes evolution and civilization of human beings - those who missed out on that evolution are now living in the Amazon or in Africa as tribal communities in 2023.

So packed into a simple sentence;
In order to get an Utopia working (aka socialism), one (lefties&Libs) needs to implement/enforce a society made up of controlled, classless and uniformly thinking people. Maybe some UFO society in the very left corner of the very left universe is just like that - but for me I will utterly reject such an artificial manipulation towards humanity and myself.

In order to handle our human errors, differences or imperfections - we (the people) have instituted governments to implement laws - that regulate our lives in order to avoid total chaos. Therefore if one should rightfully complain about governments simply deciding without our (the peoples) consent - then form a respective party and feel free to vote accordingly to establish a Switzerland like democracy. It is foremost the lazy and disinterested people (the majority) that enable governments to act in an undemocratic manner. But according to you all people are the same.

Or demonstrate - throw Molotov's, use terrorist means, restrict societies movements and burn down other peoples property until a Switzerland like democracy is adopted. Lefties&Libs have been doing just that since 45 years to get things done in their idealistic interest, and those MAGA's are doing and calling for just that, now as well.

So in your opinion and mindset. in regards to violence as a means to stop e.g. Capitalism or a governments action - you will leave the final outcome to the most ardent and violent group - well ain't that just great.

And I am not going to add to this topic anymore - in regards to Lefties&Libs trying to create an Utopia socialist society.

You essentially ignored every point I made. Anyways, in this new post to me, you wrote:

The aim of socialism isn't to create "universal and simplified human beings", rather, it's to recognize our differences while ensuring they do not determine one's access to essential resources and dignified work. As Marx famously stated, "From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs!"

Just because humans are diverse, it does not logically follow that we should create or perpetuate an economic system where people are exploited and treated as mere commodities of a "labor market" or cogs in the capitalist-owned machinery of production. The disingenuous accusation of utopianism is a distraction from the real issues at hand which is, the systematic abuse of human labor, homelessness, gross inequality, and the lack of democratic control in the workplace under capitalism. As socialists, we argue for a society where such conditions are eradicated.

The latter is what Lefties&Libs have been trying to institute in the past 45 years - e.g. dropping the standard of school curriculum's to make everyone more equal towards knowing less. "Dropping the standard of school curriculum to make everyone more equal towards knowing less."
That's incoherent gobbledygook. Anyways, we're all equal before the law and with respect to our human rights.

Even knowing that you won't acquit to that - human beings luckily have a common sense - which in the past and presently in majority rejects such ideals or this propagated human equality aka egalitarianism. Common sense dictated in 1980 that nuclear energy is avoidable to support humanities rising energy demand. Marxist, far-left communists like myself, are all pro-nuclear.

Engels wasn't some dumb worker or person but the educated son of an industrialist - so for this guy to come up with the utopia that workers can run a factory is already a joke in itself, especially in regards to 1840.

Perhaps under capitalism, workers are dumb, but under socialism, workers are more educated and they have to attend classes and meetings regularly at work and at the party hall if they're members of the Communist party. Socialism creates an educated, smart worker, capable of managing a factory or at least identifying and electing those who can.

People aren't equal in their abilities and talents, but that doesn't justify slavery or the exploitation of labor under capitalism. Under capitalism, there are employers (exploiters) and employees (exploitees), the difference between the two comes down to capital (money, assets). One has it and the other doesn't, hence the one who doesn't have it, has to sell himself to a capitalist (someone with money) for eight, ten+ hours daily for a wage. This fact says nothing of how the capitalist amassed his or her capital or wealth, nor does it justify their exploitation and abuse of workers.

....shouldn't they all run their own companies and ventures?

Production is a social endeavor, not a private one. Companies should be owned by those who work them, not by one little dictator or tyrant lord who just happens to have a lot of money.

If the latter would be the case, then a car wouldn't cost US$ 20,000 - but US$ 100,000 since everyone should know that only quantity allows for a lower manufacturing price.

It's the workers who produce the cars, hence they should own and run the factory together, not one person or a small group of wealthy investors.

The fact off life is that people are not inherently socializing people thriving for a community of equals - but gathered as a group of primitive individuals in order to survive in the given environment - but are categorically divided into lazy people and energetic people.

The "lazy" parasite is the capitalist who wants to sit back and have others support him with the sweat of their brow. The little rich dictator is at the beach, while the workers are laboring in the factory, producing the product.

And the latter one, are the ones who know how to grab their chances in life. This causes evolution and civilization of human beings - those who missed out on that evolution are now living in the Amazon or in Africa as tribal communities in 2023.

The working class works collectively and collaborates with each other to produce and deliver all of the products and services that everyone consumes (the working class creates everything in the world, and doesn't need capitalists). They're the skilled ones, willing to break a sweat and place their health and lives on the line to produce everything people consume. They're the majority and more than capable of taking ownership of the means of production from the lazy capitalist parasites that you worship.

Maybe some UFO society in the very left corner of the very left universe is just like that - but for me I will utterly reject such an artificial manipulation towards humanity and myself.

The controlled people are under capitalism, working for little dictators, like cogs in a machine. They have no say on how the workplace is run, nor are their managers accountable to them. In socialism, we elect our managers and own the productive enterprise collectively.

Under capitalism, there is no real democracy, since the rich control the government and the workplace while the people are just mere cogs in a machine, exploited by capitalists.

You apparently have no issue with capitalist violence, just with the violence of the proletariat. The bourgeoisie can start wars, invade other countries, exploit the working class, and take over the government with their money. You're OK with that violence.

That's right, a "utopian socialist society", which is much better than a capitalist dystopian society.

Every employed person is, in the strictest sense, running a venture.

They are trading their capital, skills and time, for compensation .

They make a choice where, when, and how to invest that capital.

While it's true that workers trade their skills and time for compensation, this comparison to a venture oversimplifies and obscures the dynamics of labor under capitalism.

As a worker, you are not simply selling a commodity, you are selling your labor power, which is intrinsically tied to your being, your time, your health, and often your personal freedom. Your "capital" is not a mere investment, but the hours of your life, which are finite and irreplaceable.

In contrast to typical market transactions, labor exchange in capitalism is characterized by an inherent power asymmetry. The capitalist, who owns the means of production, has a significant upper hand. As workers, people often have to accept whatever conditions are offered to them because they have no other viable option for survival.

Karl Marx emphasized this point in "Capital," noting that the worker, who is "free in the double sense, that as a free man he can dispose of his labor-power as his own commodity, and that on the other hand, he has no other commodity for sale, is compelled to sell himself and his labor-power."

Furthermore, the capitalist workplace is typically not democratic. Workers have little to no say in how their work is organized, how the profits from their labor are distributed, or even their job security. They are subject to the will of their employers, who can fire them at any time, for any reason.

Your framing paints a picture of free and equal exchange, but the reality is a relationship of dependence and often exploitation. Capitalism positions the worker not as an enterprising individual freely choosing where to invest but as a participant in a system where they often have little choice but to sell their labor power to survive. As socialists, we strive for a system where workers not only receive fair compensation but also have democratic control over their workplaces and the value they produce.

Most economies are mixed, combining public and private corporations.

My bad, for those of you that would prefer a Socialist Democracy.

Household debt in Canada reaches highest level amongst all G7 countries.
While household debt made up 80 per cent of the size of the overall Canadian economy during the 2008 recession, it rose to 95 per cent in 2010 and by 2021 debt exceeded its size. "While U.S. households reduced debt, Canadians increased theirs and this will likely continue."

At the end of 2021 Canada’s household debt-to-GDP ratio was at 107 per cent, according to the report.

I'm sure a Socialist Democracy in the US would be totally different....yea, sure.

Well US is bang midtable

So Ireland (a social democracy) has three times less than US (per GDP)

Turkey is super low and their economy is a basket case

No

no they micro managed every aspect of Society , Entertainment , Media , Sports , The Military , science , Production , Medicine ... sounds familiar enough
The weapons manufactures set the prices for their products - not Adolf. The private goods industry set the prices for their goods - not Adolf.
If one can't set the prices, one doesn't control the economy but simply ones own orders.
Albert Speer never controlled or owned any private German enterprise - but used his ministry to coordinate military related production facilities.
No German factory owner was ever imprisoned due to not meeting an order or a quota.
Hitler was known for disliking Pof. Heinkel - despite several discussions all plans to nationalize Heinkel were dropped, due to Adolf and the Nazis fearing the reaction by the industry.

Some scholars state - that Hitler treasured loyalty above everything - and the German industry had financed his way to power - therefore he never touched them.

Stalin set the prices, even demanded that cooperatives meet his prices, regardless of financial losses due to everything belonging to the state anyway - set and controlled the orders. If orders were not met accordingly, the people in charge were either executed, imprisoned or banned.

It's the main reason why Nazi-Germany could never win this war against Russia.

Workers have the ultimate decision to work, or not work, in exchange for an agreed-upon compensation.

Not to work is to live under a bridge and starve to death, so that's not much of a choice or "freedom", especially when you're forced to work in an absolute dictatorship. The wealthy exploit others' labor in order to not have to work themselves. That's called a "parasite".

What workers really have as far as freedom, is the "ultimate decision" of collectivizing their power and prohibiting a few rich capitalist parasites from exploiting them, taking control of the means of production (productive land, facilities, and machinery). Otherwise, they have to rent themselves to a capitalist for eight, ten, maybe even sixteen hours daily, submitting themselves to a tyrannical, authoritarian, in the workplace (the capitalists and their hired managers/unelected leadership).

So you fail to acknowledge the asymmetrical power dynamic in the relationship between capitalist employers and their employees, but ironically, even Adam Smith in his book "The Wealth Of Nations", was honest enough to recognize this unequal, exploitative arrangement.

"What are the common wages of labour, depends everywhere upon the contract usually made between those two parties, whose interests are by no means the same. The workmen desire to get as much, the masters to give as little as possible. The former are disposed to combine in order to raise, the latter in order to lower the wages of labour.
It is not, however, difficult to foresee which of the two parties must, upon all ordinary occasions, have the advantage in the dispute, and force the other into compliance with their terms. The masters, being fewer in number, can combine much more easily; and the law, besides, authorizes, or at least does not prohibit their combinations, while it prohibits those of the workmen."

Adam Smith uses the word "combine" and "combinations" to mean unionize when he is referring to the workers and when those words are applied to capitalists (i.e. "masters" according to Smith), they're referring to organizations that advance the master's interests, at the expense of their workers. The masters often go to the government to get help:

"The masters upon these occasions are just as clamorous upon the other side, and never cease to call aloud for the assistance of the civil magistrate, and the rigorous execution of those laws which have been enacted with so much severity against the combinations of servants, laborers, and journeymen."

The capitalist masters turn to the state whenever their workers unionize and strike, seeking to break up the protests and force the workers back into compliance, applying laws that undermine a worker's ability to unionize and effectively, collectively negotiate their terms of employment with their powerful, rich capitalist masters.

FNCCEO is either a capitalist master himself, who is in favor of this unequal and exploitative arrangement between employer-masters and their employees/servants or is one of the many brainwashed working-class people who defends their masters and their own exploitation (they love their own slavery).

The relationship between capitalist employers and their employees is a relationship between exploiters and exploitees, masters and servants. There's no democracy in the workplace, no elections are held, the leadership can fire you at any time and you lose your income and healthcare, among other benefits if you have them. This exploitative power dynamic exists because it is the foundation of capitalism, without it capitalism can't exist.

The capitalist master not only prohibits you from having a say on how the workplace is run and what is done with the products that you produce but you're paid less than the value you're producing. You might be producing and delivering $500 hourly in products and services, but you're still paid $12.00 hourly. The capitalist masters live off of the labor of others, keeping everything that is produced for themselves (even taking full and exclusive credit and filing patents for new inventions and innovations they didn't invent, produce or even fund with their own money. The government often subsidizes the R&D of capitalists). Society doesn't have to allow this type of exploitative, undemocratic arrangement, it can democratize production and place it all in the hands of the workers (the people that actually do the work).

No one in this country is compelled against his will to take a job for which he feels he is inadequately compensated.

People have to rent themselves to a master under the prospect of starving to death, so there's no real freedom of choice there. You're being disingenuous, if not cynical at best.

What the left just don't understand is that when you have "Democratic Socialism" where the government controls everything and everyone, you no longer have a democracy and they naively believe that if they wind up not liking it, then we can just vote for something else other than Democratic Socialism. But, by the time the government controls everything and everyone, the only voting that is allowed is the kind of "democracies" they have in Iran, Russia, Venezuela, and other similar places.
