ticks BURROW into human flesh-----I think they push in snout first-----they end up making a bump in which they reside feeding on YOU. The bump is like a cyst. ---
usually they land on the top of people's HEADS----and make the bump----stay there
and cause TIC PARALYSIS on innocent babies because of a venom they exude
into the baby-----it is a horror because the diagnosis can be MISSED easily. The
flaccid paralysis can begin DAYS after a walk in the woods
The definitive treatment is BUMPECTOMY
