Food you have never tried but wonder if you might have missed something

Sardines. I read an artixle about tinned sardines and started thinking about it. Ive alwaus avoided them. Oily little fish with the bones still in them. Never fancied them. But I might be persuaded.
Before I was married I ate a lot of rice and sardines. As you can guess I am useless in the kitchen.
Bagels is another one. They just havent been part of my culture. They look like a bread roll with a hole in the middle. I cant see the attraction but im willing to try if its worth my while.
There are all sorts of different sorts of "bread" and I'm sure you've tried some of them. Bagels and Schlotsky's are just two more to try. It's not bad.
What things have you missed that you might like to try ?
I've eaten brains, testicles, blood pudding, pig "hocks", haggis, and bovine tongue. It's all OK. I heard trashy stories about the durian fruit but while hitch-hiking from Thailand to Singapore my lift stopped at a road-side durian stand to surprise me. I fell in love with it. If you can get passed the smell Bob's your uncle! The only things I have "missed" are the things that I don't even want to try: Snake, dog, bats, larva, insects, etc.

Bagels were all the rage once in Europe. . Like all things American at one time. They seem to have gone out of fashion, though you can still get them.

Snails. There is this French place that serves them here. Someday I will go there and try them.
