7/11's are pretty lax salary wise so they let their employees do things like that. Not that thantoes works at 7/11 but something similar.

I am standing here at work and incomes this nice 2014 ford expedition. A lady steps out in the designer cloths comes in grabs a water some cashews and a small bag of chips and after I ring this up asks if I take ebt . I said yes. She then lifts up her 600 dollar purse and pays with ebt . She trout with the touch screen because her 30 dollar nails don't work on it.......

Wtf!!!! This infuriates me and it is not something rare. Me and my wife both work and make to much to qualify for food stamps and we drive a 2003 Buick that was handed down to us. I have to scrap for cloths and rent and bills everyday . My wife has entered had her nails done in well over a year. And yet here is this woman eating off my ******* tax money. I wish I could say this was a rare thing I see but truth is it isnt....it is more rare to see a person who is actually down on their luck using my tax money. Maybe it is time we do away with snap

Got to say, the only part the infuriates me about food stamps are what is being purchased and age of those abusing the system. Face it there is no reason to get a real job, medical, housing assistance, and food stamps are provided, so why work?
food stamp participation is at the highest on record, under employment is at record heights, and participation in the work force is at the lowest level since Carter. Talk about a mess, think of those poor suckers that work, who believe social security and Medicaid will cover their needs in retirement. Little do they know that their estates are liable and subject to liquidation at death to pay for their health liabilities for medical treatment. So, why work? Then think about the middle class family, mother and father both work, pay for government mandated health care coverage with large out of pocket deductible and cant afford to see a doctor? So why work? This is what my fellow Americans voted for? Think about it, in two years you can repeat the same stupid mistake again.

So the rich are abusing the food stamp program.

While at the supermarket self check-out, I notice a lady at the kiosk in front of me paying her tab using an EBT card (bridge card). I failed to notice the items she purchased. Then while exiting the supermarket and walking in the parking lot to get into my 9 year old paid for automobile, I notice the lady getting into a new Mercedes C300. Great looking automobile.

I must be doing something wrong.

No, I didn't

I taught school.

There were no breaks, six classes, lunch and recess duty.

Posting from work was a fireable offense, and all computers were monitored from the central office.

While on lunch duty, I once had some kids get in my room and post to a board.

By 2 0oclock, I had a supervisor knock on my door, with a transcript of the postings.


I was very glad the security camera showed the students involved using the computer, and me in the lunchroom monitoring my class.

I am now retired, and all life is a break.
