Don't say you didn't know a deal existed when Obama was in power that Iran would no longer enrich uranium.
You can't make nuclear weapons without enriching uranium so once the deal was torn up by Trump Iran went back to their enrichment program.
It then follows that if Iran decides to produce NW's it is Trump and not Obama who is to blame. - Simples.
