The thief wasn't elderly according to the link, the victim was. I think the "mug shot" might be of the victim. Is it Hispanophobia to ask if the thief, Mrs Nunez or her son Mr. Figueroa were legally in the U.S.?

Wow, as if cancer being on the person's plate wasn't bad enough. Someone had to go and steal the good that was still on the person's plate. May the maximum penalty be what is dumped on the perpetrator's plate.
