When trump is finished with the economy, no one will be able to afford those machines, except he and his other rich friends.Yes, the rich corporate farms have that very expensive equipment, but most can't afford the $100,000 to $800,000 price tag plus the cost of those dump trucks.
Waaaaah....waaaahhhhh!!!!DiMare told WSVN 7 Miami that President Donald Trump’s tariff and immigration policies are driving farmers to abandon their crops.![]()

In January, he warned that Trump’s crackdown on migrants would squeeze farmers, who rely on migrants to pick produce.
This is trump's economy. He is squeezing farmers and businesses two ways. His ICE masked squads are terrorizing their work force while his tariffs are destroying their business plans.
Ummmm, it makes all the difference in the world. When they claim diametrically opposed outcomes then they are by definition lying. What difference would it make? You still wouldn't bother learning to read.

Great idea. That way only multi-million dollar corporate farms will have total control of the production of tomatoes and every other crop that requires such high priced equipment, since none of it will be done by hand any more.Change the crop .
And / Or, think laterally and find other uses for land -- Lavender and Rape became popular here in Happy Land .
As has Camping , Holiday Homes and Glamping -- as appropriate .
Investigate Herbs market -- Aloe Vera , Valerian and Garlic , for example
Welcome to our Oligarchy, funded by your tax money.Great idea. That way only multi-million dollar corporate farms will have total control of the production of tomatoes and every other crop that requires such high priced equipment, since none of it will be done by hand any more.

All farming today is equipment intensive.Yes, the rich corporate farms have that very expensive equipment, but most can't afford the $100,000 to $800,000 price tag plus the cost of those dump trucks.
This is like asking if all trucking companies can afford trucks. Can all farmers afford harvesting equipment that can cost half a million or more? Do you expect the price of those tools to drop like VCRs did?
Here in Arizona there is a "produce rescue" business that takes produce the MEXICANS GIVE AWAY. The company cleans the produce and sells in bulk for 20 bucks to anyone. They ALWAYS have tons of tomatoes. Outside of spaghetti sauce and ketchup companies, tomatoes don't sell. From what I've read the tariff on Mexican tomatoes doesn't go into effect until mid-July. According to the OP linked article Mexico is flooding the market before the tariff hits.
Those bulletproof tomatoes they sell today... It's no wonder. Here in Arizona there is a "produce rescue" business that takes produce the MEXICANS GIVE AWAY. Winner.Maybe they should pay people more.
Oh, right, I forgot. A living wage is only for white people because you need your cheap vegetables.
This is a not believable tale since tomatoes are harvested mechanically

Anyone able to translate that?Yes. If these illiterate savages had any expertise they would be working for the company renting out the harvesters. They would be contract workers. They would not be slithering across the border spreading their slime.
I think they may have to bring their own crutches.Cool, so there will be plenty of job for all the people about to get kicked of medicaid.

You can't have an object both up, and down, at the same time.
Silly person.
