Probably suppressed release of the tests prior to trial. If daddy can afford a BMW M5 and a $300K bond, he can afford a law practice that can keep the results private before the court date.

Actually, the speed limit on most parts of 441 in South Florida is 45 MPH. It's not a highway. It's a city street with traffic lights. That fucker was clocked at over 100 MPH over the speed limit when he smashed into that SUV. He should spend the rest of his miserable life in prison.
