Probably suppressed release of the tests prior to trial. If daddy can afford a BMW M5 and a $300K bond, he can afford a law practice that can keep the results private before the court date.

Actually, the speed limit on most parts of 441 in South Florida is 45 MPH. It's not a highway. It's a city street with traffic lights. That ****** was clocked at over 100 MPH over the speed limit when he smashed into that SUV. He should spend the rest of his miserable life in prison.
