Fish, but I abstain from meat all Fridays, so no big change.

In medieval times they ate beaver as a fish for religion days. They said a beaver spends most time in the water, so it is a fish!

I don't believe in any gods. But Fridays I like to make an egg frittata.

Cubed potato, broccoli, 3 eggs, olive oil. Boil veg for 6 or 7 minutes. Drain well. Cook in an oven proof fry pan for a minute or so with olive oil, then add eggs and optional cheese. Broiled for a short time until top gets some color. I take it out and cover with foil for 5 or 10 min to finish. You can also grate cheese in it before stove top cook.

Fish Or meat?
Doesn't matter. I'm not Catholic. Why do Catholics not want to eat cow on Fridays? Fish is meat too. Fish have muscles. Good grief. This is a perfect example of the letter of the law being more important than the spirit of the law. Much like Jews have done to Kosher laws putting layers on layer to protect themselves from the boogie man.

Beaver is good any day.

Beef (and mushroom) stroganof tonight. Had some of the grand-kids over.
Do have some salmon and shrimp in the freezer, so maybe 'fish' in the next couple of days. (After clearing some leftovers out)
