Johnson First Intro of Johnson/Weld to the public by CNN..

The media seems to have gotten the concept that Americans have major issues with Hillary and Trump, yet in a normal story they would point out solutions. Weird they ignore other parties and candidate introductions. It is almost like they are joined at the hip with Democrats for sure and Republicans to a lesser degree.

Marijuana is and should be the LEAST of our concerns. If cigarettes and alcohol are legal, why not mary jane?
Because drug use causes more crime that tobacco and alcohol.

What a Conservative you turn out to be.. Kinda suspected all along that you were fond of the Drug War and all the asset forfeitures and prison packing that comes with it.

You know -- cigarettes are only BARELY legal anymore. Eric Gardner lost his life because he was selling "loosies" in NYC. A place where Big Gulps and cigarettes are not wanted. And Gardner might have been providing a service for folks that just wanted one or two cigarettes before they head home to a place that doesn't charge $20 a pack.
He lost his life for that. Kinda like stuff that happens in the "Drug War" all the time. So many Grammies and PawPaws getting shot on no-knock raids coming thru the wrong door. And their dogs.

Drugs are MOSTLY a medical issue. In fact abuse of oxycontin type drugs is at the top of the list. Meth used to be a prescription drug issue until they made chemistry for dummies. We can be judgemental about the USE of drugs, but we shouldn't be stupid about filling jails with drug addicts and hoping for the best.

Really don't need to focus on Libertarians and drugs. There are OTHER issues we'd like to fix. Like chronically dumb foreign policy and corporate welfare.

Would also like a crack at appointing a few SupCt judges. Here you have a party with a PRINCIPLED defense of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Would nominate "traditionalists" to the court. Seriously? You all gonna rattle around about trusting Clinton or Trump with the Sup Ct? You KNOW we would be more concerned with the appointments than EITHER of those clowns. .

I am aware that most if not the entire war on drugs thing started by nothing but a business competition between the Koch(?) corporation and some large farming conglomerate that wouldn't sell the farm to them for the oil under it sometime in the 1960's. The farming cartel was growing cannabis or something, so that's what the oil guys sued and won. It didn't matter then as it doesn't matter now, how fast you want to put yourself into their cross fire by snorting. Hehehe.
