I always thought that only one gun had a live round .. the rest have blanks so the riflemen wouldn't know if they were the ones that made the kill shot .. I would go for firing squad vs hanging, electric chair or gas. They take too long. Might be bloody, but let the shooters clean up the mess after you are gone

Still not sure about lethal injection. I have put several dogs down and they seem to just fade away.

Lethal injection would be what I would do. The first injection puts you to sleep, the second is a paralysis drug that stops breathing, the third causes immediate cardiac arrest.
The first is for humane reasons
The 2nd is to stop gross physical reactions to the 3rd "kill shot".

It's not the attorenys call as to what method his client requested. If the attorney can't fulfill the clients requested filing, the attorny can apply to the court to be removed as the attorney of record or file what the client wants.

Agreed, but can you see that mess every time somebody’s executed like that they figure out the person’s name that pulled the trigger and they’d be calling him the Grim Reaper. The left would be vicious and destroying his life and any others that do the same. The fact is without a doubt is better without this piece of shit! He needed to be put down. He serves the world better as fertilizer now than he ever did in life just like a many in this world do!

It depends on body weight and composition. Some hangings result in decapitation. The heavy body falls and the head just pops off.

Until they struck the death penalty in WA, they used hanging as an option. I know of one case where the condemned ate until obese and used that fact to defeat the penalty as hanging would have severed his head from his body.

I've no problem here except the victim's family did not want the execution. I feel the victim should always have a say in the penalty for true justice to be served. If the victims are dissatisfied in the result, how can anyone say justice was served?
