Why? Why should the be punished for crimes committed by someone else before they were even hired?Employers should be punished according to law for hiring ineligible workers.
BS.....It is not legal to arrest those hiring.
If someone shows a Social Security card, there is no way for employers to be able to check if someone else is using the same card.
The ones who make it possible to hire ineligible workers are the ones at fault. Why? Why should the be punished for crimes committed by someone else before they were even hired?
I'm rejecting the concept that employers are resonsible for crimes committed by their employees before they were hired. I don't want every job interview to be a criminal investigation. The ones who make it possible to hire ineligible workers are the ones at fault.
A government (all since Bush43 ant that includes Trump) are at fault.
Hopefully liberals will need to start wiping their own asses.
Legally, you can't get cheaper than minimum wage. Many employers just want cheap labor.
Nothing wrong with a background check.I'm rejecting the concept that employers are resonsible for crimes committed by their employees before they were hired. I don't want every job interview to be a criminal investigation.
Sure, you do. Make the employees have the necessary government ID.I'm rejecting the concept that employers are resonsible for crimes committed by their employees before they were hired. I don't want every job interview to be a criminal investigation.
So did the people who opposed laws banning child labor. Kids work so much cheaper! Many employers just want cheap labor.
Correct, just immigrate/emigrate correctly and legally. We are also shoppers, just shop correctly and legally. In both cases, it's illegal to break into a country and illegal to shoplift. Its not like we are not all immigrants or descendants of immigrants.
You're retarded.Wrong.
Slavery is where you prevent them from earning a living, like what ICE does.
More than a quarter million are gone. The numbers of those deported don't lie. America needs the cheap labour of entire families of illegals doing the jobs not wanted by white Americans. There will never be millions deported. Not even thousands!
The media can sustain the lie by showing a hundred or less.
Those south of the border actually are native Americans, and it is those in the US who are actually descendants of European invaders and are not native.
The woke left is fond of saying that the cost is more than offset by taxes etc. that they pay. I'm pretty sure precious few of then are paying any taxes on the under the table income most are receiving.Illegals cost taxpayers a staggering amount each year.
Force the business to close. DoneWhy? Why should the be punished for crimes committed by someone else before they were even hired?
Should the business be closed if it hires anyone who's committed a crime. Or is this just for immigration? Why or why not?Force the business to close. Done.

Those working for legitimate businesses are mostly paid so little they aren't paying any federal taxes either, but under the previous administration they qualified for food stamps, subsidized housing, and other benefits.
But yes, make it illegal/impossible for them to drive, to fly, to receive government freebies and such and most will choose to go back to where they came from.
The government could expedite that by giving them a one time pass so they could buy a one way ticket home.
Sweeten the pot by allowing those who voluntarily self deport to apply to return through normal immigration procedures. Those we forcibly remove should have no right to return under any circumstances.
No.Are the taxes they are paying offsetting the cost.
That is what you forgot to answer, Foxfyre.
Please do not deflect.
