Finally, A Serious Challenge to Derek Chauvin’s Conviction

Nah. You guys just cry about the results being rigged when you don’t like the outcome.

If you guys didn’t do this every single time, then you might get taken more seriously instead of looking like a bunch of sore loser crybabies that you clearly are.

Your airy dismissal is noted.

My point stands, the left not only has a record of political bias in such matters, it has a formal ideological basis for it, ie SOCIAL JUSTICE and has a clear, direct, motive, ie fear of a black riots.

Chauvin's lawyers got the chance to exclude jurors who feared violent riots.
So the IMPARTIAL jury of 12 of his peers were convinced of his guilt BEYOND a reasonable doubt. And the trial already upheld at every appeals level.

You're out of gas.

You can talk shit all you want. People can see you. People can see right THOUGH you.

Except you kind of got it wrong.

Black people didn't riot when LaQuan McDonald was shot 16 times, the CPD tried to cover it up, and the officer involved only got a three year sentence.

Black people didn't riot when Michael Brown was murdered and the officer was let go after a farce of a grand jury.

They didn't riot when Trayvon Martin was murdered.

They didn't riot when Sandra Bland was murdered (And yes, throwing a woman in a jail cell for a traffic violation and she kills herself is murder.)

They didn't riot when Tamir Rice was murdered for playing with a toy on a playground and the officer was let go without charges.

So everyone was kind of surprised when riots finally happened after George Floyd, although they shouldn't have been. Anxieties were already high because of Covid and the Recession.

How dare you use facts against the board’s leading INCEL.

A few people looted stores.

Most people peacefully demonstrated.
You won’t convince the bigots.

Fox Noise constantly runs b-roll of alleged riots to scare their audience and validate it’s racism.

Here's a question for those about cause of death.

Had Floyd been shot, and Chauvin kept his knee on Floyd's neck until he bled out.
Wouldn't he still face murder charges?
Here's a question based in reality for you:

If Floyd took too much Fentanyl and Chauvin happened to keep his knee on his neck until he died from the overdose, should he still face murder charges?

yes.

Because putting his knee on his neck was an aggravating factor that hastened his death.

It's why nurses who "mercy kill" terminal patients still go to jail.

If Chauvin didn't put his knee on his neck, just waited for the paramedics to arrive, and he died an hour later in a hospital, then it wouldn't have been his fault.

Your denial is to be expected from a supporter of tryanny.

Let's keep this in mind, the next time you lefties whine about maga being too harsh and merciless on you people.

Next time you lose an election, you’re going to whine that that was rigged too.

There is nothing more “fascist” than imprisoning someone as a way to pimp the narrative of the day. There is a MAJOR problem with causation in this case. Certainly, this problem creates reasonable doubt in the minds of the finder of fact. The Chauvin conviction was nothing short of mob justice - a lynching, if you will - enabled by a leftist and corrupt system.

I still say chauvin was rightly sent to jail. Did he mean to kill Floyd? No, i dont think that was his goal, but he failed to protect the person in his charge. He shouldn't have had his knees on his neck in a gutter. Floyd was handcuffed, he was no longer a threat. The man was begging for chauvin to get off his neck, he couldn't breathe. Chauvin shouldn't have pinned him down like that, but the moment floyd stopped moving, the officer should have got up and assessed the situation.

People like to think "well floyd was a criminal so chauvin was right", the thing is, evem criminals have rights, and the officers have a duty to protect them.

Because it probably will be.
Or maybe you guys are just sore loser crybabies who whine that it was rigged every time you lose? It’s always “unfair” when you lose.

“Waaahhhh the 2020 election was stolen!!!”
“Wahhhh the Derek Chauvin trial wasn’t fair!!”
“Wahhhh my pee-wee baseball team lost because the other team cheated!!!”

:crybaby:
