Then Floyd started to scream "I can't breathe" the moment an officer placed a hand on him to arrest him, way before the struggle that ensued which involved more officers and dragging the whole mess around the front of the car to the passenger side and finally ending on the ground near the passenger side rear tire. There is nothing more “fascist” than imprisoning someone as a way to pimp the narrative of the day. There is a MAJOR problem with causation in this case. Certainly, this problem creates reasonable doubt in the minds of the finder of fact. The Chauvin conviction was nothing short of mob justice - a lynching, if you will - enabled by a leftist and corrupt system.
