No drug should be banned. Instead, they should be sold by private businesses and those private businesses should be regulated by the government, while also placing higher sales tax on drugs. As the consumption and sale of drugs, in and of itself, is a harmless, victimless act, prohibition against them is unethical and contrary to liberty.

That said, anything you do while on drugs, you should be held responsible for.
