I don’t know which I find more disturbing. That FEMA put this out or that FEMA feels it’s necessary. Shouldn’t all people get the same and equal treatment? Ok yes if the have Bill Gates money they can manage on their own. That said who the hell in FEMA underserves women, queers ETC and still has a job? If the person regardless of who they are comes to FEMA and says I’ve lost my house, shouldn’t they say “here fill this out for review “ regardless of who they are? Who can tell the rich and poor side of town after a flood or hurricane has leveled everything? In the past has FEMA turned people away due to the color of their skin?
