One of the sticking points here is the military.

Esper had been at odds with Trump on a number of issues, most importantly his insistence at the height of the Black Lives Matter protests in the summer that there were no legal grounds to deploy active-service troops on the streets of US cities.

U.S. military troops are not yet (?) at the point of authorization to return fire on hostile action by city cops, and thus they would remain subject to the command of local police jurisdictions under city hall, rather than any actual military chain of command from POTUS through the Generals down the line of official military ranks.

Yes. All of those 'woke' companies made big bucks off of Red Chinese labor racketeering, and it's obvius why they want they want to recreate that 'system' here. They need a hundred or two hundred million more America haters to flood in and get rid of the remaining uppity white proles, the last demographic still opposing their corporate paradise. That will also take care of their black criminal problem at the same time; they will simply flood the hoods and take over the cheap housing and bust up the black hoodlums and kill them off and scatter the remnnants, and with that goes the black voting blocs.
