There were 2 Dossiers - 1 was co-authored by Russians and given to Steele which was sold to Hillary who then gave it to the FBI who used it illegally to obtain FISA Warrants to spy on the GOP candidate and his team. The 2nd was written / authored by HILLARY supporters and given to Steele to give to the FBI. The FBI considered this 2nd dossier SO UNBELIEVABLE that they rejected it.
