When you are poor and desperate and don't have a computer and you are constantly working or looking for work, good luck finding the time to cut through all this bureaucratic red tape to stay on Medicaid.

Georgia has tried this and it does not work. What ends up happening is that a huge part of the Medicaid funding is wasted by state officials making sure that people are meeting the work requirements or trying to meet the work requirements.

It's a total waste of time...especially since the majority of people on Medicaid cannot work, anyway.
