Only for someone who believes that probable cause works on the same basis as an actual trial.Of course. That doesn't change a thing with documents they took WHILE President however...something which renders the basis for the raid null and void. Trump took those documents WHILE he was still the President! End of discussion.

If the president doesn't tell anyone a classified document is no longer classified, how can anyone know it's declassified?

Presidents take documents with them when they leave office all the time. Nobody has ever raided their home to get them back. Only with Trump! Only with this corrupt FBI! It's a shame what's been done to our preeminent law enforcement agency! If the GOP takes control of the House in November it's going to be amusing to watch the cockroaches in the DOJ scatter as Jim Jordan starts sending out subpoenas to appear to testify under oath about ALL of this crap that's been going on for the past six years!Documents he had to return when he left office. The FPOTUS had no authority to have the Residential Records (as defined by the PRA of 1978) or classified documents after noon on January 20, 2021.
Whether the documents were at MAL or not.

[NOTE: Ya'll know declassification isn't about the document, it's about the information contained **IN** to document, by "declassifying" the document, that means all the other copies and the information in those documents that were declassified are not themselves also declassified. I think that is something that those who have not worked with classified material don't get. The classification isn't the document, it's the INFORMATION in the document that is classified.]
The FPOTUS has hasn't claimed to the court that he declassified the information.
He has continued to treat the documents (and information) as classified. For example, responding (in part) to the June subpoena to return classified documents. If the FPOTUS and his team truly considered the documents declassified there would have been no documents to surrender in June.
In addition the FPOTUS (via his lawyers) agreed with the Special Master requirement that the Special Master must have a security clearance to review government documents. If the FPOTUS (via his lawyers) really considered the information declassified, then there would be no need for the Special Master to have a clearance.
The FPOTUS's own actions show he doesn't really consider them declassified.
