I'm not a democrat. I've been a registered Independent since 1978.

I was very upset with what Obama did to families when he was president. He deported moms and dads. He left kids without their parents.

I posted about it when it was happening on an old AOL board then another board when AOL shut down all the message boards. I don't remember if I posted about it on this board but I didn't start posting here until mid 2014. Obama only had a year and a half left on his presidency by then.

I posted about what trump has done to families at the boarder on this board.

I disagree with what both men did. It's not right to split up families. Especially if one or more are American citizens.

What I find disgusting is that trump had all children taken. He had babies ripped from the arms of their mothers. Children ripped from their parents.

Then add insult to injury, trump spent years saying there was no way to reunite over 600 children he ripped from parents. Only to hand over information to reunited those families this past week.

The government had the information to reunite those families but lied about it all this time.

In my opinion, what Obama did to families was wrong. What trump did to families was so far past wrong it's a national shame.

Really? Because in the last 2 years or see I recall approx 3 instances of people telling me about how their children’s SS# was stolen by illegals and used to work somewhere. Also to purchase things, rent apparentments, etc.
I don’t recall the exact details, but one last was telling me how she tried to get a bank account (I believe it was a bank account) for her approaching 18 year old kid, and it turns out his credit score was all fucked up. There were loans in his name, debts, repo’s, etc.
