Federal Judge orders Trump to fully reinstate DACA

Of course most people are not aware that DACA has a provision to allow 1,600,000 Business Visas a year into the US across 10 professions.
American MDs, Attorneys, Accountants, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, IT "professionals", Plumbers, Electricians and nurses will be fired or lose their income in droves.
Welcome to the end of the US.

Got a link to any credible news of one said professional getting fired that way? The law says that professional visas cannot work that way.
I didn't say professional visas were getting fired, I said US citizens will be fired and replaced by professional visas.
And yes, US citizens lose their jobs all the time to business visas.

Not legally they don't.
100% of the US has "At Will" employment and any business can fire anyone they want at any moment and bring in the next business visa in the queue.

Nope. Not if they are following the law regarding work visas.

You have to keep wages suppressed so the few can get bigger returns.

Are you retarded?
Are you knowingly mangling what I'm posting?
Americans can be fired at will and replaced by Business Visas and all you care about are the Business Visas?
If so, you can go fuck yourself.

What is your first language? "Business Visa" is not a person or a class or persons. Firing an American worker in order to hire a foreign worker on a work visa is violation of American law regarding said visas. So is hiring a worker on a work visa for a lower rate than an American worker would make for the same position.

Legal fight ends for Disney IT workers who trained foreign replacements

"The US employer must be able to justify the exclusive need for this foreign worker/visa holder and prove that the task cannot be accomplished by a local citizen who may either be unavailable or not qualified, either academically or professionally."

"One of the basic requirement for H1B is education. To qualify for the H-1B visa category, the prospective H-1B employee must hold a U.S. bachelor's or higher degree, or the equivalent. The person must hold a U.S. equivalent 4 years' bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited college or university. If the foreign degree is 3 years' bachelor's degree, a 3 years of work experience in same or similar field /occupation can be considered to one year additional education.

In addition to the academic qualifications, the individual must be fully qualified to lawfully perform the duties of the position offered. In occupations that require licensure or professional credentials (e.g., doctor, dentist, attorney, CPA, architect, registered nurse), the individual must already hold such qualification before the H1B visa petition can be filed."

" The H-1B employer must pay its H-1B worker(s) at least the “required” wage which is the higher of the prevailing wage or the employer’s actual wage (in-house wage) for similarly employed workers. "

Unless you don't want to.

Great news - So much winning of late for the Rumpster eh?

No. That's a loss for the American tax payer. Wonder how many billions we've spent on kids who have no business here in America. Barry broke the law when he brought them here and he knew it but did it anyway.

You dumbasses don't care how much we spend on illegal aliens. Too bad its not just your money being spent.

Obama didn't bring them here. Businesses did.

The Judge is out of line and not following the law--he should be disbarred for his incompetency.

Of course he's out of line. Barry broke the law and he knew it when he had those kids brought to the US.
