Biden appointed Federal judge orders Trump admin to immediately resettle 12K migrants

Your AP news article is short on facts.

Cite the immigration law that requires taxpayers to fund “resettlement” of migrants.

Biden literally ignored immigration law so identify for us the law passed by Congress that you defined not as law but as a “program”,
You look it up, for legal refugee resettlement, under our LAWS, if you are so concerned about money....

Money isn't the issue....it is a legal, court matter...which is following the law in place at the time of occurrence...

All potential refugees AFTER Trump's executive order to stop the program, will not be able to come....at least for now....until some other lawsuit on it is settled....

Courts can not tell the President what to do.

Go take Civics 101 and get an edumacation.
See the signature.

The notion that because he won an election that he should be able to ignore the Constitution or violate our laws is preposterous. Every president wins an election. That does not mean they get to just make up whatever laws they want...Donald Trump does not get to decide what the law is."

Lecture us about “ law and order” little lady, as you defend human smuggling.
Who here is defending human smuggling, you moron?

Use your head for something besides holding up that stupid red hat for once.

.you're right, biden just found ways around the Supreme court, I guess trump needs to do the same thing.
Joe Biden changed his tactic to comply with the SC(r)OTUS ruling.

tRump is just pretending it doesn't apply to him.

He doesn't. This assertion by leftards merely reflects their ignorance of the law.

He doesn't. He has lawyers.

Nah, supreme court was pretty clear when they ruled against biden twice on student loans. He just kept finding ways around them. And then bragged that the supreme court didn't stop him.

This is fine, and it's fine when trump does the same thing. There's more than one way to skin a cat.

That’s how it’s always worked. If you lose in court, go back and figure out if there’s a different approach to do the something similar with a different legal argument.

Yeah but did he? I mean, scouts was clearly trying to tell him that you cannot pay off student loans, and he would just find another way to do it. He ignored the spirit of the ruling, but alas, i guess we can't go by the "spirit" of their ruling in this case, so i giess you'll just have to keep suing trump.

A Biden appointed judge is Big angry that his tantrum is meeting pushback.

Where is the “due process”:for taxpayers who ultimately will pay for the “resettlement”?

I hope the Trump admin. Will fight this nonsense in a higher court.

Biden-appointed federal judge orders Trump admin to resettle 12K migrants | Fox News

Biden-appointed federal judge ordered Trump admin to begin processing refugees within next 7 days

U.S. District Judge Jamal Whitehead, a 2023 appointee of former President Joe Biden, issued the order despite the Trump administration saying during a hearing last week that it should only have to process 160 refugees into the country and would likely appeal any order requiring thousands to be admitted.

"This Court will not entertain the Government’s result-oriented rewriting of a judicial order that clearly says what it says," Whitehead wrote on Monday. "The Government is free, of course, to seek further clarification from the Ninth Circuit. But the Government is not free to disobey statutory and constitutional law — and the direct orders of this Court and the Ninth Circuit — while it seeks such clarification."
And has about a 1 in 12,000 chance of being "obeyed".
