Yep. As long as they are not making a state religion, there is nothing wrong with religious displays in government buildings. In fact, congress passed a law mandating just that:What nonsense, the states are well within their rights to post the 10 commandments within schools in their jurisdiction.
We Christians will keep what we stand for to ourselves as soon as everyone else keeps what they stand for to their selves.
God bless you always!!!

Fuck god. He ain't real. Keep your version of your non-existent Sky Man away from me. I do not fucking want it.
As a Christian I recognize their are several religions in america so all gods need to br included.Apparently you are unfamiliar with the Pledge of Allegiance here in the USA.
We are one nation under Almighty God, and in fact "in God we trust" is our official national motto.
You may hate God, but He is still in charge.
So don't read it. Problem solved.Fuck god. He ain't real. Keep your version of your non-existent Sky Man away from me. I do not fucking want it.

The Ten Commandments are a set of moral principles and rules that are considered fundamental to the Jewish, Christian, and Islamic faiths. They are also known as the Decalogue. According to the biblical account in the book of Exodus, God gave these commandments to Moses on Mount Sinai.By SARA CLINE and KEVIN McGILL

U.S. District Judge John W. deGravelles in Baton Rouge said the law had an “overtly religious” purpose, and rejected state officials’ claims that the government can mandate the posting of the Ten Commandments because they hold historical significance to the foundation of U.S. law. His opinion noted that no other foundational documents — including the Constitution or the Bill of Rights — must be posted.
“We strongly disagree with the court’s decision and will immediately appeal,” Louisiana Attorney General Elizabeth Murrill said in an emailed statement. Murrill, a Republican, supported the law, as did Republican Gov. Jeff Landry.
Why do you pay any attention to whatever I am free to bring to this "barbecue" if you resent it all so much?Fuck god. He ain't real. Keep your version of your non-existent Sky Man away from me. I do not fucking want it.
Im referring to a historical aspect. Things that actually happened. Like all the death religions have caused. The crusades. Etc.I get what you are saying here, but putting up a picture/plaque of the ten commandments is not the same as having a class where people learn about religions. Having such a class would only be going a whole lot further if anything.
God bless you always!!!
Holly
Agreed. A religions class compares the history and beliefs of different religions. Putting up a denomination's version of the Commandments is advocating religion.I know. I was only pointing out that a ten-commandment picture/plaque being put up is nothing compared to a religions class.

The State of Louisiana is not the Congress. They can make whatever law they want respecting a religion.Religion is discussed two times and only two times the Constitution of the United States of America.
Article VI.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all exe
cutive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.
First Amendment.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.
There is no State Sponsored, State Mandated, State Mandated or State Funded Religion in the United States. NO matter how much so-called "Christians", will fume over this the Louisiana Law is clearly Unconstitutional.
The Establishment Clause of the First Amendment prevents the government from establishing an official religion or favoring one religion over another. This applies to both state and federal. The State of Louisiana is not the Congress. They can make whatever law they want respecting a religion.
You are too dumb to understand what the constitution is and what it protects.

P.S. Oh, and for the record, the more that you choose to swear towards me, the more likely that I will not give into whatever it is that you demand of me.
I just plain love how you so-called "Christians" talk about morality, and elected a serial adulterer and rapist to be president. Your morals mean nothing to me.
YOU voted for a man who conned out hundreds of thousands of dollars from his cult members and took children away from their Mothers at gun point.
Take your fucking more and fucking shove them. Your morality is a farce. Your Sky Man and his Bastard Son never existed, but I understand that being weak minded fool you are, you to believe that is not real in order to your pitiful life meaning. You are so afraid to think for yourself that give your over a non-existent being to feel better about yourself.
IF you had fucking morals, you would never have voted for 47. Your morals mean nothing. Take your fucking blessing and shove it up your ass.
Displaying the Ten Commandments isn’t establishing a state religion. The Establishment Clause of the First Amendment prevents the government from establishing an official religion or favoring one religion over another. This applies to both state and federal.
one example is how the ten commandments have changed over time, such as when the catholic church changed them. Looking at various denominations, we can see differences in the commandments. Then there are the commandments of Jesus. It shows us how religion is a hybrid of message from God and messages from men. This is why we need freedom of religion.
^^ there we have it, unhinged lunatic has to attack God and Christianity, all while claiming to be more righteous than the rest of us.I just plain love how you so-called "Christians" talk about morality, and elected a serial adulterer and rapist to be president. Your morals mean nothing to me.
YOU voted for a man who conned out hundreds of thousands of dollars from his cult members and took children away from their Mothers at gun point, how in the fucking hell is it moral to tear babies out their Mother's arms?
