Federal Judge Allows Lawsuit Against Rittenhouse To Proceed

Don't you believe in The U.S. Constitution?
Because The Sixth Amendment of that document says that little Kyle (and others likr him) does not get to assume the role of judge, jury, and executioner for his fellow citizens.
No matter how poorly they may be acting.

Or maybe you're not a big fan of The Constitution.
Maybe you actually hate your country huh?
Maybe you'd be happier somewhere else where basic rights aren't such a bother.
China maybe?
Russia?
North Korea?

The Sixth Amendment of that document says that little Kyle (and others likr him) does not get to assume the role of judge, jury, and executioner for his fellow citizens.

What does it say about self-defense?

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A federal judge in Wisconsin on Wednesday ruled that a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the father of a man shot and killed by Kyle Rittenhouse during a protest in 2020 can proceed against Rittenhouse, police officers and others.

U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman on Wednesday dismissed motions filed by Rittenhouse and the government defendants seeking to dismiss the civil rights lawsuit.

No worries. There will be somebody to take responsibility for any judgement against you son.

Usually ok.
Unless you intentionally put yourself in harms way BY CHOICE and then have to kill to get yourself out of the shit you willingly got yourself into.
Then you might be criminally and/or civilly liable.

Unfortunately sometimes people who use lethal force in home intrusions run into the same snag.
They'll shoot and kill a home intruder claiming self defense and then a D.A. will charge them with murder when it turns out they had other options besides killing the intruder.
And even if they beat the murder charge they can often still be ruled against in civil court because (again) they had other options.

Just like Kyle.
He had the option of staying home and completely avoiding that mess that night.

That's a lie. They didn't attack Kyle.

What happened with the skateboard?

BTW, how did he manage a fire extinguisher and his weapon?

A sling and two hands.

Rittenhouse lives in fantasy like George Zimmerman.

Where do the dead assholes who attacked them live?
its on film the tried and kyle shot them to make them stop/. had he not they would have killed him. you live in a fantasy world.

Rittenhouse wasn't a victim. Are you saying he didn't know about the protests or the curfew?
thats not the point., the point is these people were trying to kill kyle who was trying to give up and cops couldnt tell he was giving up because all dumb shit those thugs on streets were doing.

This is not criminal, its civil and not just limited to the actual event.
This is a negligence case. He intentionally brought a long rifle that he did not own, to another state. He specifically carried said rifle openly through crowds of protesters. He specifically is cited as wanting to shoot petty criminals.

Actually one attacked him unprovoked. The others were responding to an active shooter, but because it was the same event the criminal trial found it was covered by the same defense.
A few things:

1. He didn't transport the gun across state lines.
2. We don't know that he wanted to shoot petty criminals. If you're referring to the video where someone say something about shooting someone, we don't know it's him.
3. It's pretty stupid to try to stop an armed man when you're unarmed yourself.

Fuck off with your retarded lies. The first shot was fired by one of the Antifa rioter filth.

Then Kyle ran, then the second attacker, Rosenbaum, tried to grab his gun and was thankfully killed so he could no longer rape or threaten to murder children ever again.

Then Kyle tried to get away to the police, again, and Jumpkick man and Huber were just more of the same, rioters trying to kill Kyle. Good riddance to Huber, jumpkick got away.

Grosskreutz was the final known attacker, trying to sneak up on Kyle and execute him with his pistol. Shame he lived, but he should be in prison for decades for attempted murder.

The victim of an attempted murderous lynching defended himself and attempted to get to the police line, and then factually did present himself to police.

This clear cut and unambiguous case of self-defense is not an “active shooter,” you lying piece of shit. You’re shamefully pathetic.
kyle never kicked anyone stop m,aking stuff up

so your saying those thugs had right to decide that over him?

no he didnt bring it over state lines it never left the state it was in it was kept at his friends house in state lines.

No
I am saying he shouldn't have been there in the first place.
He went out looking for trouble.

My guess is he'd had enough of watching these idiots ruling the streets and he was pissed off.
So he shouldered his weapon and marched straight into the shit to intimidate.
Like "look at me motherfu<kers! What are you gonna do NOW?"
He wasn't expecting the idiots to push back....especially against an armed dude. But again, they are idiots.
He expected to just stride in, put out a fire, and walk out.
Like a true American "hero."
A real life Sylvester Stallone.
So then he got scared and tried to run away....but they chased him.
And the rest is history.

Kyle has been woken. Woken up to the fact that like O.J. Simpson, he is open to civil suits, where the rules in court are different

His own immaturity will be his downfall. He will spend the rest of his miserable existence trying to find new ways to avoid paying off on his wanton murder of innocents.

He was Reich Wing Media Darling for his few minutes of fame, but as the story goes, all glory is fleeting.
