You do realize that the right to remain silent is in regards to the 5th amendment right not to incriminate oneself, but that SCOTUS has ruled that you DO have to answer cops questions at a traffic stop? You must give them your information, like ID, registration and proof of insurance?

In PA vs Mimms, they can also order you out of the vehicle and you must comply. They didn't comply, they put the car in drive striking two officers. They're lucky they weren't killed.
