Fed who fired on Lavoy Finicum's truck then lied about it is being prosecuted

Note that the narrative is changing. No longer is it being asserted without question that Finicum tried to draw a gun. In fact, the gun itself is now only a possibility.

Imagine that.

"Astarita was indicted in June and has pleaded not guilty to three counts of making a false statement and two counts of obstruction of justice. He is accused of hiding from Oregon investigators that he fired his rifle and lying to the FBI about his shots."

"Astarita fired twice at the truck, hitting the roof and missing on the second shot. Seconds later, state troopers shot Finicum three times after he stepped away from his pickup and reached for his inner jacket pocket, where police later said he had a loaded 9mm handgun. In other words, exactly as those who were in the care have said (and shown) all along..the car was taking fire as it approached the ambush sites, and he was fired on before he stepped away from the car.

Meanwhile, in Nevada...the Bundy trial was declared a mistrial...prosecutorial misconduct (though as we all know, it doesn't begin and end there. All the agencies have behaved criminally, from the lowliest BLM agents up to the top dogs).

And the toppest dog in Nevada, the US Attorney in Nevada..has stepped down.
