If the will of the people is violative of the Constitution, then impeding it is not just alright, but obligatory.

However, is the will of the people (in regards to reclaiming control of what we throw money at) really a violation of the Constitution? No. It’s not.

Nor is it a violation of our Constitution to effectuate the will of the people with regard to deporting illegal aliens (especially those who proceed to commit additional crimes here).
