You saw what was printed from what they already had. Do you personally know of a regulation that would allow paying a corporate officer, daughter, or salaried or hourly employee a consulting fee to be taken as a business expense without in being intentional attempt at fraud under the tax laws? Sounds pretty ticky to me and we do not even know what other things might come up. We already know he will be prosecuted as UN-indicted Co-conspirator #1 in the hush money payoffs to Stormy and McDougle when he Fked them while his wife was pregnant, but wanted to keep it quite during the 2016 election campaign. He will most likely be prosecute on Federal charges if he doesn't resign early, while Pence can pardon, but that won't cover state crimes, being investigated in New York or any other state. If he doesn't get re-elected for statute of limitation to run out (if that still applies, due to the fact his justice department wrote memo, that he could not be prosecuted while in office, which may have stopped the clock temporarily while in office) he can definitely expect to be prosecuted.
