Son, there are multiple studies (peer reviewed) that have concluded that the drug is not effective in treating or preventing COVID-19.
But if you want to take the drug, you are free to do so if your doctor prescribes it for you.
That is ultimately what FDA settlement was about. The FDA overstepped its bounds and mocked the doctors publicly. THAT'S why they settled.
Not because they found to have lied about the drug's effectiveness.

It is effective in treating water and food borne parasites...which is what it's been approved for

But, you are free to deworm yourself. And your doctor can prescribe it for you if they believe it will help your COVID symptoms.
