Too many anti-vaxxers forget that the entire modern world was working on a COVID vaccine. Not a medical expert, but it appears there were several including two from the US. The Russian one wasn't as effective as ours.

Since the pandemic ended, more studies have been conducted to improve efficacy. No vaccine is perfect due to human variations, not even the flu vaccine.

Another problem with both flu and Covid are mutations of the virus.

I strongly believe God gave a us a brain with the expectation we'd use it. You know, like handing the kid a key to their first car. It's a gift, but the hope and expectation is to use it wisely.

Remember when Republicans compained about "too much regulation"? "Too much red tape"? During COVID, MAGAt flip-flopped like dropped goldfish and screamed "More Regulation! More Red Tape! It's unsafe!"

Now, of course, they've flip-flopped again and support swimming in fecal-contaminated water and no vaccinations for kids.
