Regrettably, as a never-Trump "Republican" she will remain in the eye of the MSM for as long as she lives. No matter that NOBODY in the country would vote for her for any office in the Land; she is a "Republican" who is willing - one might say keen - to badmouth the 47th President.

From what I understand Cheney encouraged Hutchinson to ditch her Trump lawyer and get some guy who had no connection to Trump.

Here you will find the federal law on witness tampering. It is about court proceedings, trials in front of Judges and official agencies of the United States Government, not testimony before congressional committees. Congress is not a government agency.
