If you're discussing Hillary's election prospects, they're going down. But that's not what this thread is about - it's about "the biggest spy investigation of all time", that's "worse than watergate" - in fact, it's the worst thing that's ever happened.

Do you honestly believe that this government will prosecute her?

Who is doing so much better now that she is in 'free fall' that they have a reasonable chance at taking the primary?

The Government will not prosecute her, because the corrupt asshole in the White House needs a Democrat to succeed him, and so he can't completely ditch the hapless corrupt, incompetent, unhealthy, old crone, and be left left with nothing to rely on but a fool and a socialist. He may prefer the fool, but he can't take the risk...not yet.

He has corrupted the entire Federal Bureaucracy--the Justice Department most of all, but there are people in the FBI that still believe in enforcing the law, and with each passing day, Obama can do less and less to derail their career if they do. Hillary doesn't need to worry about being prosecuted by the Justice Department, but the FBI likely has ways to let the people know if a crime has been committed.

That's a worry for loons and pinheads and socialists--i.e. the Democratic Party.

And waiting in the wings is just how much money the Clinton Foundation made of her being Secretary of State. Just how much Influence peddling (essentially Treason) did she and that rogue Scots-Irish Southern boy husband of hers do and how much did they rake in & at what cost to the Country?

In the end, though, I think she is just such a horribly bad candidate that the few Democrats who still put Country over Party will not vote for her. Everything she says or does is an Act...and she is a terrible Actor.

It is dawning on even dumb-asses just how pathetic she is without her husband to prop her up. This is not Argentina and she is not Evita Peron--which means she doesn't get to be President just because her husband was President. Had she not married him, she would likely have risen on her own to Night Court Judge in some sequestered borough of Chicago, or some similar Government position in some other rotting socialist city in the North.

No, the FBI is not going to take her on either.

The elite in this nation have little to nothing to fear from crimes. I seriously doubt that Biden is going to miraculously take the nomination for the democrats. For all intents and purposes, Hillary is the most likely democrat nominee.

That also means that it is very possible that she will take the white house. I have serious doubts that anything email related will mean anything at all by the time we hit the general - Americans in general have a very short attention span and this breaking now means that no one will care in 6 months - and there is a significant portion of the country that will vote the "D" regardless of the candidate (as there is a significant that will vote the "R").
